Dedicating myself to Healing and Empowerment as a Mental Health and Wellness Coach is both my passion and mission. I facilitate Dialogue Circle Groups, focusing on Black Americans and other communities of color. Additionally, I'm deeply committed to nurturing Gut Health, building life balance, and understanding the profound connection between Physical, Spiritual, Mental Health, and Wellness.
I wear many hats—a wife, mother, sister, daughter, auntie, cousin, niece, friend, life coach, and small business/micro-enterprise owner, among others. I'm just like you—a human seeking to make a difference—and I've found my purpose and joy in life. As a Community Healer, I'm here to serve and assist others in discovering their purpose, even when it's not always clear.

Part of my work as CEO of Black Women Housing Alliance is supporting our community. Among that are my other ventures, Your Family Kitchen & Tiffany's Heart, which are centered around feeding ourselves through the mind and the body. As a multi-hyphenate business owner, I believe in serving our community in a myriad of ways.

From childhood, I've been a natural helper, finding joy in assisting others. Though I began my professional journey in finance and business, the birth of my daughter sparked a passion for working with children, especially in early childhood development. This experience opened my eyes to the significance of life balance, time, family, and the creation of a sustainable community.
With over 20+ years of service to various non-profits like The Urban League, Seattle Debate Foundation, and Denise Louie Education Center, I now proudly serve as the CEO/Director of Black Women Housing Alliance and hold certification as a Life Coach. Transitioning into small business ownership was a deliberate choice, driven by my belief in making a more direct impact within my community.
My passion and focus lie in supporting community, particularly the underserved and commonly misunderstood, drawing from my own experiences. Through dedicating my time, providing coaching/mentoring services, and sharing educational resources, I aim to contribute to the growth and redevelopment of our communities in a holistic manner. I believe in fostering change from the inside out, helping individuals and communities thrive.
It's remarkable what can be achieved with a helping hand. Just like a grain of sand causing ripples in the ocean, I see myself as that grain, and you can be too!
